Bookkeeping Position posted 10/20/2020
The Woman's Exchange, non-profit consignment shop, is looking for bookkeeping help.
Our organization is located in the heart of West Chester Borough and we sell second hand
merchandise to raise money for many charities in the local community. Knowledge on Excel is required.
Some of the bookkeeping duties are proofing and recording sales slips, maintaining new and renewal dues, updating our files with consignor info, closing out month end and working with
our Treasurer so we can pay our consignors.
In the near future we are hoping to update our bookkeeping system with a POS program for consignment shops so any knowledge in this area would be extremely beneficial.
Please note you would not be employed by the shop and we pay no benefits.
The position requires you to be an Independent Contractor. (1099)
The position averages 35 hours a month.
